Truffle Pasta & Truffle Pizza in Vienna – A Culinary Delight at Figoletta
Truffles are among those ingredients that instantly define a dish. Their intense, earthy aroma rarely takes a back seat.
That’s why, in our kitchen, you’ll find truffles where they really shine – in pasta, on pizza, in honey and dressings, and as a very special accompaniment to Cotoletta alla Milanese.
In Vienna in particular, truffles have become a staple on many menus in recent years, often served in classic interpretations, but at our restaurant, we offer them in a variety of creative ways.

Truffle Pasta in Vienna – Our Gnocchi Tartufati
With our Gnocchi Tartufati, we bring truffles to a dish that has always been a staple of Italian cuisine. It’s precisely with dishes like this that you see how often it doesn’t take many ingredients to make something work – especially when the truffle takes center stage.
Our potato gnocchi are bound with panna and truffle cream and served with freshly shaved black truffle. The creamy base carries the truffle’s aroma throughout the dish and holds the individual components together.
| Did you know? Black truffles are among the most prized delicacies in cuisine and are called the “black diamond” for good reason. |

Truffle Affairs – Pizza Bianca
Our Truffle Affairs is a pizza bianca. Truffle cream, Parmesan, and Fior di Latte form the base, complemented by pancetta, ricotta cream, and crispy artichoke. It’s topped with truffle caviar and freshly shaved black truffle.

Other Truffle Combinations
We also feature truffles in deliberately unconventional combinations.
On the Burrata Verde pizza, truffle honey complements the combination of pesto Genovese, burrata, and sun-dried tomatoes. It adds a subtle sweetness and ties the individual ingredients together.
The Tokyo Tuna Crudo pizza features a yuzu-ponzu-truffle dressing, which we pair with yellowfin tuna, avocado cream, and fresh herbs. The result is a lighter, fresher take on truffle.
More Than Just Pasta & Pizza – Truffle Butter with Cotoletta alla Milanese
We also incorporate truffles in ways you might not necessarily expect – such as with the Cotoletta alla Milanese, which we serve with optional truffle butter and fresh black truffles.
No matter how you prefer to enjoy truffles, we look forward to welcoming you.
